Big Ideas: Road Map to Social Innovation (click to visit)
In a world of wicked problems, is social innovation the answer?

Social Innovation is an interdisciplinary concept that emphasizes the interconnectedness of systems and problems. One foundation of social innovation is that for a problem to actually be solved and for change to truly occur, the problem must first be properly identified. From climate change and environmental protections to human rights and racism – the stakes for real change couldn’t be higher, and well-intentioned and resourced leaders at all levels keep getting “it” wrong. Why?

At this Big Ideas, we’re bringing together a group of Mount Royal alum and community members who are using social innovation to solve wicked problems at home and around the world, and equipping future leaders to do the same.
