The 2022-23 school year saw the opening of our new campus on the University Innovation Quarter. Students were introduced to our program through our Launch Week held on the University of Calgary campus in partnership with the Schulich School of Engineering, The Hunter Hub for Entreuprenurial Thinking, and Journey2050 by Agrium.

Our Launch Week was an articiulation of the vision we have for STEM education. Students were working at the elbow with experts, while using the tools of the dicipline toward authentic problems of our community and world.

“We used interesting technology and did a plethora of different things.”

“We got to experience new and advanced technologies along with the opportunity to bond and work with your peers. learning new stuff.”

“I liked it because we got to witness hands-on technology. I really liked the AR, programming a sphere and the 3D printing aspect of that day.”

“The university presentation was really interesting, it created a chance to reflect on what we were thinking to do after highschool or what programs we were considering. I also like the scavenger hunt, because we were walking and not sitting all day.”
